About the Event
The Community Library Project, in collaboration with History for Peace, invites you to a reflective and engaging workshop on इतिहास लेखन और लोकस्मृति (History-Writing and Popular Memory), facilitated by Aparna Vaidik.
This workshop explores the living relationship between history and memory — how nations, families, individuals, and historians construct, remember, represent, and sometimes silence the past. Drawing from historical and contemporary sources, the session challenges the idea that history is merely a collection of dates and events, and instead introduces participants to the art of historical thinking.
